Seven lovely LEGS ladies set out on another absolutely stunning day for a very varied walk. Twelve kilometres over beautiful farmland down and along beach of the South Head of the Kaipara Harbour.  We saw the old prawn farm pools which were all netted off so no left over prawns available to catch for lunch. Then back along beach and up, up, endlessly upwards to reach our cars at the top park.  Recovery time was swift so we decided we certainly must be getting fitter.
